All the attendees must register in advance in order to participate in conference activities. Each registration enables publication of only one paper and participation of only one person.

Important Notice
1. One regular registration covers:
Word Template One Column: 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If exceeds 10 pages, every 2 additional pages will incur an extra charge of USD50.
LaTex Template Double Columns: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If exceeds 5 pages, every additional page will incur an extra charge of USD50.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceeding.
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Please note that the paid registration fee is non-refundable if you can not participate in the conference.
